Listings, answers and comments are contributed by the community, and listings and comments are checked by moderators, but we do not guarantee that every detail is complete, accurate or up to date, and a listing is not a recommendation or endorsement. You are responsible for your own arrangements with any provider, including checking prices, qualifications and terms before work starts.

We are not a party to any agreement between you and a provider.

Contributing

When you suggest a listing, answer whether a provider spoke English with you, comment or suggest an edit, you confirm that:

• the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and answers and comments reflect your own genuine experience;
• you have the right to share it, and it follows our community guidelines.

You keep ownership of what you write. You give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to publish, display, edit (for listings) and moderate it on this website and in materials promoting it.

We may decline, edit (listing details only), hide or remove contributions at our discretion, in particular when they break the community guidelines.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site — for example by submitting spam or false information, attempting to manipulate answers or rankings, scraping the site in a way that burdens it, or attempting to access areas that are not public.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the directory or from services provided by businesses listed on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Czech law, or your rights as a consumer.
